The space

The Quiet 1BDR follows the same layout as the Balcony 1BDR: a separate living and dining area opens into the kitchen, and a private bedroom — with its own ensuite bathroom — gives you a proper night's sleep away from the living space. Step outside onto a big private balcony, on the same scale as the Balcony 1BDR's. Sitting on the 1st floor, it's one flight up from street level — fewer stairs than the Balcony 1BDR or Rooftop Sky Studio, and a quieter position in the building overall. It carries the same core amenities as every other apartment here: full kitchen, air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, 193 Mbps Wi-Fi, and 24/7 power backup.
